MY JOURNEY

Have you ever felt the weight of stress, struggled with uncomfortable digestive issues, or experienced the sluggishness from a sedentary lifestyle? My own experiences with these challenges sparked a deep passion for health and wellness, driving me to explore ways to feel better and live a more vibrant life. Spending countless hours seated at a desk, I began to feel the ripple effects of inactivity in every part of my life—affecting everything from my digestion to my energy levels. It was this pivotal realization—that our movement, or lack of it, deeply influences our well-being—that set me on a transformative path.

As I deepened my health journey, I uncovered the vital connection between diet, movement, and stress management. Nourishing my body became more than just about food—it extended to physical activity and mental well-being. By incorporating simple movement routines, taking regular breaks during my workday, and making mindful dietary choices, I experienced transformative benefits: reduced inflammation, improved digestion, and a newfound sense of balance I hadn’t felt in years. This profound shift in my own life inspired me to further my knowledge and become a certified health and fitness coach, so I could help others discover their own path to wellness.

As a certified personal trainer, health coach and bellicon (rebounding) instructor, I love finding new and exciting ways to incorporate movement into your wellness routine—especially for those with sedentary jobs. I understand the challenges of long hours at a desk, and I’ll help you find ways to break up the time spent sitting, integrate movement into your day, and feel energized. My coaching philosophy embraces a holistic view of health, meaning I focus on the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and spirit.
